Q. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND OR SHIPPING CHARGE RETURNED?
A.  AMT IS REFUNDED ONCE PRODUCT REACH & CHECK BY OUR TEAM THROUGH THE SAME ONLINE IN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS. WE MAIL YOU ALL DETAILS. RETURN COURIER SHOULD BE PAID BY BUYER (CHARGES 150 IS CUT IN CLIENT REFUNDED AMOUNT)
Q. HOW DO I RETURN OR REPLACE A PRODUCT OR WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCT? 
A. Simply click on the link saying return / replace. Fill The Form Online, Once our team verifies investigate the full reason? 
You will asked for the NEFT bank details to which the money will be refunded. For NEFT we require following details -
Account Name - IFSC Code - Bank Name - Account Number
check Mail for every details, We Resolve all issue within 2 days. We Send someone to pick the parcel. (IF THE PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE AT YOUR PINCODE THEN PLEASE SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO US) ALSO PLS SEND PARCEL TRACK DETAILS AFTER SHIP IF THE RETURN FILED PRODUCT NOT GET WITHIN 5 TO 7 WORKING DAYS TO THE ORIGIN THEN RETURN FILED IS REJECTED.  
Q. WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY? 
A. Within India we use Fedex, Dtdc & First Flight. For International shipments Fedex, DHL, Aramex. 
Q. I WANT TO SHIP SOMETHING ABROAD. CAN I DO THAT?
 A. Yes we ship internationally also.  International shipping charges will be applied for the same
.Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FIND MY PACKAGE OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH UPON DELIVERY? 
A. Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern immediately to us via email or call. We will look at it immediately and get back to you 
Q. DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY SHIPPING OR DELIVERY CHARGES?
 A. Free Ship all over India  For international orders it is INR 1250 per product 
.Q. HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER(S)?
 A. You can login to your account to see the current status of recent orders. Check bottom fill track no. & check status 
Q. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT YET?
 A. Some products have longer expected delivery date.. We will send you an email or call you to inform about the such delays. Also, sometime shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver a package due to certain conditions. If you have received a tracking number and your product is not being delivered please inform us via email / whatsapp / call so that we can expedite the delivery. 
Q- In how many days can I return the product? What are the conditions?
A- RETURN POLICY ( 2 DAYS HASSLE FREE RETURN ) AMT IS REFUNDED ONCE PRODUCT REACH & CHECK BY OUR TEAM THROUGH THE SAME ONLINE IN 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS.
